EL PASO, TX. – United States Soccer Federation Regional Director of Instruction Ron Weber will conduct an Entry Level Soccer Referee Training and Registration Clinic in both English and Spanish August 27-30 at the University of Texas El Paso, Liberal Arts Building Rm.210.
